THE WHITE REPORT
The White Report is a STANDARD CHECK on your chosen candidate for

• Casual
• Volunteer
• Sports
• Or Community work.

While Jigsaw Solutions Ltd, recommends the detailed Green Report, the White Report will give you an outline of the applicant’s employment history for the past 3 years and any sports or community participation.

This report will take 3 days from once authorised documentation is received from the candidate. (Note: The criminal check can take 4 to 8 weeks). Media reports have disclosed wrongdoings of some who have been held in high regard within our community.

However, this comes too late and at a great cost to those affected.

The WHITE REPORT services include:

• Criminal Check:
  Details any criminal history that may exist

• Drivers Licence:
  To confirm status of current Drivers Licence, any outstanding infringements or
  restrictions on that licence

• Employment History:
  To confirm dates of immediate 3 year employment history, positions held,
  reasons for leaving and if re-employable

• Reference Checks:
  Referee disclosures if compatible with CV details of immediate 3 year
  employment history

THE GREEN REPORT
The Green Report is an ENHANCED CHECK on your chosen candidate who will be employed for the long term.

This report will provide you with much more detailed information of the applicant’s employment history up to a maximum of fifteen years if required.

This report will take 3 days once authorised documentation is received from the candidate. (Note: The criminal check can take 4 to 8 weeks). Revelations of various offences still occur and we ask ourselves ‘Why is this still happening?'

The Green Report will enhance your knowledge on the history of your successful applicant – the person who will be with your family or your business for a great part of each day, each week, each year.

The GREEN REPORT services include:

• Accident Compensation:
  To reveal if any recurring illness, injuries exists that may affect ability
  to perform tasks

• Address Verification:
  To check address and phone contact nos.

• Bankruptcy-Credit Check:
  To advise status of personal financial position, any history of bankruptcy
  and defaults

• Criminal Check:
  Details any criminal history that may exist

• Directorship:
  Confirmation of any directorship held by applicant

• Drivers Licence:
  To confirm status of current Drivers Licence, any outstanding infringements
  or restrictions on that licence

• Educational Checks:
  To verify time and place of attendance of educational institute and qualification

• Employment History:
  To confirm dates of up to 15 years employment history, positions held, reasons
  for leaving and if re-employable

• Reference Checks:
  Referee disclosures if compatible with CV details of 15 years employment history

THE GOLD REPORT
The Gold Report is an EXECUTIVE INTERNATIONAL CHECK that is designed to give you further background detail on your chosen candidate who has worked overseas or migrated to New Zealand.

This report will provide all the services of the Green Report plus international checks to verify dates of overseas employment and educational history.

This report will take 7 to 10 days from receipt of all documents by the candidate and dependent on the overseas agencies. (Note: The criminal check can take 4 to 8 weeks).
